SELLER’S PRE-LISTING INSPECTION offers a detailed report of needed repairs before the property is put on the market. After upgrades are completed, a revised report is made public for potential buyers.

SELLER’S PRE-LISTING CONSULTATION offers a cursory tour of the house and provides a punch-list of the more common defects and needed repairs that may be found by a Buyer’s inspector.

BUILDFAX offers a report on the building permit history of the property.

RECALL-CHEK offers a report on manufacturers’ recalls for home appliances.

INDOOR AIR QUALITY testing for radon (performed by Radon Detection Specialists), mold, allergens, lead paint and asbestos will provide qualitative reports on the presence of these contaminants.
