We  inspect residential investment properties of six units or less that have access to the roof or are two stories or less. We inspect every unit and  report on every noted defect in detail.

We inspect small commercial store fronts, warehouses, or loft spaces in a larger building. Any accessible common elements are fully inspected and reported on.  Priced per square foot.
