We are so incredibly happy we stumbled upon True Blue Home Inspections when searching for a company to conduct the home inspection during our home buying process. From our first call with Jim, we could sense he is detail-oriented and pays close attention to his client’s particular needs and concerns. We booked him for an inspection of a house with which we were under contract. He was really thorough and detected a number of problems with that house. We are so glad he did, or we may have ended up with a money pit of a house. When that purchase fell through because the seller did not want to negotiate on repairs, we had been so impressed with Jim that we used him a second time when we went under contract with another house. He was just as thorough The second time around, and fortunately found much fewer issues with the second house, which is now our new home! We couldn’t be happier. Through this whole process Jim was kind, personable, and available by text or phone for questions and to offer recommendations. We cannot recommend True Blue Inspections highly enough!
